PROFESSIONAL : Experience as a trade mark practitioner in a New Zealand patent attorneys firm (five years), in major New Zealand law firms (five years), and in a leading Australian law firm (over two years), before joining Patent Attorney Services in 2008.   Bruce gained much valuable experience as a trade mark and design Examiner with IPONZ before his move to private practice.

                             Since 1989, Bruce has wide trade mark experience as solicitor and patent attorney including searching, filing,   prosecuting applications in Australia , New Zealand , and foreign countries, and contentious matters including trade mark oppositions and litigation.
